I do hereby waive release of any and all claims against the non-profit organization, Choosing to Excel, the City of Conway, and all event sponsors, volunteers, and employees of this organization from any claim of injury (including death) that I may incur as a result of my participation in the event. I further hereby certify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event, understand that color-safe powder will be thrown at me to mark that I have reached the proposed routes and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate. I also agree that this is a media release for the use of advertisement for Choosing to Excel. We understand that Choosing to Excel is a non-profit organization that promotes optimal health and character building for all youth.
