Puppy Family Questionnaire

After you fill out this questionnaire, you will be placed on the reservation list for FREE.

Shortly afterwards, we will contact you for a virtual meeting to determine your suitability for a Cheeky Critterz puppy.

If approved, a $500CAD deposit locks in your position on the reservation list. Note: breeder reserves first choice in all litters.

We will contact you again once a pregnancy has been confirmed by our veterinarian to ensure you are still interested at which point the deposit becomes non-refundable. Non-refundable deposits can always be credited towards a future litter should circumstances necessitate (e.g. timing doesn't work for your family, too few puppies per litter, etc.).

Puppy picking will happen around 4-6 weeks in collaboration with the breeder. The remaining $2,500CAD balance is due 48 hours before pick up. Puppies go home around 8 weeks old.
