Terms & Conditions

In the context of these Terms & Conditions, 'Wildheart Studio' shall be referred to as 'the Creator', and the individual or entity commissioning the artwork shall be referred to as 'the Client'.

1. Artistic Style and Process

• All commissioned artwork will be created in the Creator's signature style. This includes unilateral decisions on colour schemes, based on the colours of the animals in the provided images, and all other creative aspects of the artwork.
• The accompanying poetry will also reflect the Creator's personal style and interpretation of the provided information.
   

2. Revisions and Approval Process

• Revisions are not allowed, except in cases of factual inaccuracies (e.g., incorrect facts in the poem) or accidental referencing of an image not uploaded by the Client. Any such issues will be referenced against the information provided in this Commission Form to determine responsibility.
• The commission process does not include an approval stage. By commissioning a piece, Clients are entrusting Wildheart Studio with full creative freedom to interpret and realise their vision within the bounds of their artistic style.
   

3. Customisation Limits

• Customisation options are limited to those available in the commission form. No additional customisations can be accommodated outside of these specified choices.
   

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

• As the creator, Wildheart Studio retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork and poetry.
  The Cient is granted the right to display the artwork and poetry for personal use only.
• Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of the artwork is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
  Any unauthorised use of the artwork will be subject to legal action.
   

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Full payment of the total investment is required to commence work on the commission.
• Cancellations are not accepted once work has commenced, and the payment will not be refunded.
   

6. Delivery and Damage

• For physical prints, Wildheart Studio will make reasonable efforts to ensure the artwork is delivered in perfect condition. However, Wildheart Studio is not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping.
• Additional postage for re-delivery due to inaccurate details provided will be borne by the Client.
  
   

7. Agreement

• By submitting this commission form and making a payment, the Client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
