  • Building Space and Communication Request Form

    Please complete ALL questions.
  • Thank you for requesting to use space at one of our campus buildings. 

    To enable the best coordination and service, please submit this request form at least two weeks before a simple meeting, earlier if possible. Multi-week and major events require more advanced planning so four-six weeks plus is preferred.

    The Communication Request gives you questions and things to think about when planning the advertisement of your event/activity /meeting. Who, what, where, when, and why gives the communication team the details and publicity needs for your event/activity (if there are any).

    All requests are summited for approval, through the appropriate Ministry Leader. Upon confirmation, you may receive a form requesting further details about your event/activity such as set-up, additional needs, communication, etc.

  • Event/Program/Need, Communication Details

    The Communication Team will reach out to the Ministry Area Contact regarding all requests.
  • Before you make a communication request, here are some guidelines for communication.

    • Simple Facts - figure out who, what, where, when, why, and how
    • Clear Communication - avoid insider language and acronyms so everyone understands.
    • If there is a sign-up and/or fee, explain how they do that.
    • Who is the target audience - children, teens, adults, seniors, families, the whole church, the public, etc.
    • Keep it short - the Communication Team will help edit if necessary.
    • Remember the deadline for weekly submission is Tuesday at 5:00 pm.
  • Unless otherwise requested by the event organizer, events will be publicized in the Connections weekly e-newsletter, on the News & Events page of Our Saviour's website, in worship scrolling announcement slides, and on social media. Announcements made by the pastors during worship are dependent upon time available each week and are left to the pastors' discretion. If you have additional questions/requests, please send them to communications@oursaviours.com.
