Thank you for requesting to use space at one of our campus buildings.
To enable the best coordination and service, please submit this request form at least two weeks before a simple meeting, earlier if possible. Multi-week and major events require more advanced planning so four-six weeks plus is preferred.
The Communication Request gives you questions and things to think about when planning the advertisement of your event/activity /meeting. Who, what, where, when, and why gives the communication team the details and publicity needs for your event/activity (if there are any).
All requests are summited for approval, through the appropriate Ministry Leader. Upon confirmation, you may receive a form requesting further details about your event/activity such as set-up, additional needs, communication, etc.
