The Masters Program is designed for adults aged 18 and over who are interested in swimming for recreation, fitness, or competition. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or returning to the water after some time away, our program offers a supportive and structured environment to help you achieve your goals.

The program welcomes swimmers from a variety of backgrounds and interests, including:

Competitive Swimmers – those training for and/or competing in swim meets.
Recreational Swimmers – individuals focused on fitness, technique, and stroke development.
Triathletes – athletes preparing for competitive triathlon events, including IRONMAN Canada.

We encourage new participants to attend one trial swim session before committing to registration - to ensure the program is the right fit for your needs and goals.

Training Schedule
Monday and Friday - 5:45-7:00 am.
Saturday - 7:45-9:00 am

Program Fees
Full Masters Program (Monthly): $115.00
Saturday-Only Option (Monthly): $41.50
