give permission to Turn’d up Fitness to use photographs of me, taken for the purpose of promotion of Turn’d Up Fitness for marketing and advertising purposes, and as visual aids within Turn’d Up Fitness resource.
I agree that the images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or otherwise modified. I agree to the images taken being placed on the internet and on paper media authorized by and for the use by Turn’d Up Fitness. I acknowledge that this release is binding under the current governed laws of England & Wales.
Turn’d Up Fitness acknowledges that no pictures taken by ourselves will be exposed to unlawful practises on any media. In addition, Turn’d Up Fitness guarantee that all photographs taken will be freely available to the Instructors and Class Members. Turn’d up fitness acknowledges that this release is binding under the current governed laws of England.
