Overcoming Challenges: address common challenges faced by women of color in corporate settings, including bias, microaggressions, and glass ceilings
Building Strong Networks: learn effective networking strategies, including mentorship and sponsorship, to build strong professional relationships
Excelling in Your Career: practical insights and tools for excelling in various aspects of a corporate career, including leadership development, effective communication, and negotiation skills
Creating an Inclusive Future: strategies for creating inclusive environments, fostering diversity, and promoting equity will be explored.
