Absence/Early Dismissal/Late Arrival
NOTE:
Excused absences may not exceed 3.
No absences are permitted during mandatory periods.

REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED MORE THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

Company dancers are expected to attend all rehearsals, but they may be excused for a total of three during the Nutcracker season, as long as the absences do not fall during the first three setting rehearsals for the dancer’s role or in December.

Excused absences require prior notice to the Company Manager via this form and written approval from the Artistic Staff. A no-show, unexcused absence is an infraction of the Dancer Agreement and may result in dismissal from the Company.

All requests for absences must be made via this form. You will receive notice via the email address you provide below as to whether your request has been approved.
