For those with over $30,000 in Federal tax liability, you will essentially be receiving a refund check far exceeding our fee.

17. As Kelly mentioned in the video, we can amend tax returns dating back as far as 3 years prior and get the IRS to send you a refund check for the FULL amount you paid each year. Our fee is 50% of the full amount, of which the majority is paid out to us only when you have the refund check in hand. There is a discount if you have more than one year to amend.
