You certify that you have read the information, author requirements and publication submission dates on this form and on the Call for Abstracts: DISRUPT 5.0 information on how to be included as a chapter author in the publication of DISRUPT 5.0. Filipina Women Leading with Intersectionality
You certify that the chapter you will submit is original, written by you, and has not been previously published in a newspaper, magazine, blog, and other publication medium including all social media apps.
You certify that the chapter you will submit may contain excerpts from a previously published article, feature, or interview in a magazine, newspaper or blog and in all forms of publication including all social media apps with proper attribution and permission.
You certify that the information shared on this form including the Abstract and in the forthcoming chapter you will submit according to the timeline indicated becomes the property of the Foundation for Filipina Women's Network (FFWN) and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes to promote the book in support of FFWN's vision and mission.
You voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Foundation for Filipina Women's Network (FFWN), its board, editorial task force, staff, volunteers, contractors and vendors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of omissions on the part of FFWN, including those acts or omissions not foreseeable at this time.
You certify that FWN will require you to sign and agree to a Publication Agreement before DISRUPT 5.0 goes to print.
You certify that you have had sufficient opportunity to read and understand this entire Call for Abstracts: DISRUPT 5.0 including the information on the Filipina Leadership website and agree to be bound by its terms.
