Once we receive your submission, we'll contact you to make sure all the information is correct and to provide authorization to send your machine to our office. Please do not ship your machine until you hear from us. At this time, we will also share whether the repairs are covered by your warranty. Note that the shipment to our office is at your cost and Instantronics International LLC is not liable for damages incurred during transit.
Depending on the damage level of the equipment, the repair will take 15-30 business days. If any issues arise during the repair, we will contact you or advise you of any updates. We will send an invoice, as needed, once repairs are complete. If any charges apply, those must be paid prior to shipment of the machine back to you.
Note: We do not repair accidental damage such a liquid spill or if the equipment was dropped or opened. Opening the machine also invalidates your warranty.
