**WINTER WEATHER NOTICE**

All winter bookings (Late December to Mid March) will be booked on a TENTATIVE STATUS. Bookings will be either confirmed or canceled 48hrs prior to set-up. Conditions must meet these standards:

1. Ground penetrable (not frozen)

2. Wind speed less that 25mph for duration of set-up

3. Windchill above 0 for set-up and tear down

4. Safe road conditions

We start set-ups at 8pm and pick up around 7:30pm the next day. SOMEONE AT THE LOCATION MUST KNOW THAT WE ARE COMING and dogs must be locked up.*
