Delays
Couriers scan packages at dispatch, sometimes not again until delivery. This can mean days with no updates, even though your order is still moving. We understand delays are frustrating, but requesting an investigation does not speed up delivery.
What to do:
- Please wait 3 business days past your estimated delivery date before contacting us.
- If your package has not arrived after this time, we will assist by opening an investigation.
Courier Hold Times
- Purolator: Holds packages for 5 business days at their counters.
- Canada Post: Holds packages for 10 business days at their locations.
FortNine does not provide customer phone numbers to Purolator for security reasons, so they will not call with delivery details.
