1. Sponsorship Options.
The IACP has provided various levels and corresponding benefits for the annual sponsorship, as further described in “Exhibit A.”. Sponsor has chosen the following option (please check Sponsorship option):
IACP – Sponsorship Options
Annual Platinum Sponsorship - $5,000.00
- Recognition: Acknowledged as a Platinum Sponsor of IACP.
- Conference Exhibit Space: Complimentary 10 x 20 booth at IACP’s Annual Educational Conference (valued at $2500.).
- Conference Tickets:Two complimentary tickets to the Annual Educational Conference (valued at $1,500).
- Regional Gathering Benefits: Booth opportunity at one IACP Regional Gathering.
- Branding: Use of the official IACP Platinum Sponsor logo for 12 months.
- Appreciation Award: IACP Platinum Sponsor Appreciation Award Plaque, presented at the Annual Conference.

Gold Sponsorship - $3,750.00
- Recognition: Listed as a Gold Sponsor of IACP.
- Conference Exhibit Space: 10 x 10 booth at IACP Annual Conference (valued at $1,250.)
- Conference Tickets: One complimentary ticket and 25% discount on up to 5 additional tickets for the Annual Conference.
- Regional Gathering Benefits: 50% discount on booth opportunity at one IACP regional gathering.
- Branding: Use of the official IACP Gold Sponsor logo for 12 months.
- Appreciation Award: IACP Gold Sponsor Appreciation Award Plaque.
- Marketing: Bi-annual sponsor material distribution by IACP to members.
Advertisement: Half-page ad in IACP Canine Professional Journal (CPJ), two publications per year.
- Networking Events: Two tickets to the exclusive Sponsor Appreciation VIP Networking Dinner held at the Annual Educational Conference.
- Website Presence: Secondary billing on the IACP "Sponsors" page.
Silver Sponsorship - $2,500.00
- Recognition: Listed as a Silver Sponsor of IACP.
- Conference Exhibit Space: 25% discount on a 10 x 10 booth at IACP Annual Conference.
- Conference Tickets: 20% off annual conference tickets, up to 2.
- Regional Gathering Benefits: 20% discount on booth opportunity at one IACP regional gathering.
- Branding: Use of the official IACP Silver Sponsor logo for 12 months.
- Appreciation Award: IACP Silver Sponsor Appreciation Award Plaque.
- Marketing: Annual distribution of sponsor material by IACP to members.
- Advertisement: Quarter-page ad in IACP Canine Professional Journal (CPJ), two publications per year
- Networking Events: Two tickets to the exclusive Sponsor Appreciation VIP Networking Dinner held at the Annual Educational Conference.
- Website Presence: Tertiary billing on the IACP "Sponsors" page.
Bronze Sponsorship - $1,250.00
- Recognition: Listed as a Bronze Sponsor of IACP.
- Conference Exhibit Space: Pre-sale access to a 10 x 10 booth at IACP’s Annual Educational Conference.
- Branding: Use of the official IACP Bronze Sponsor logo for 12 months.
- Website Presence: Fourth-tier billing on the IACP "Sponsors" page.
The benefits of each Sponsorship option are listed in Exhibit “A”: IACP - Sponsorship Options. Sponsorship payments will not be refunded once they are paid.
2. Sponsor Responsibilities. Sponsors are responsible for taking advantage of each benefit offered in exchange for the corresponding Sponsorship Option. Should the Sponsor be unable to use, or choose not to use, any of the benefits listed in Exhibit “A”, those benefits will be forfeited and the sponsorship cost (in whole or in part) will not be refunded.
3. IACP Use of Sponsor Name and Logos. Sponsor grants IACP the nonexclusive right to use the Sponsor name, logos, trademarks, and company descriptions (collectively, the “Materials”) as part of press releases, marketing, and promotional materials solely in connection with IACP and IACP sponsored events (“IACP Activities”). The license gives IACP limited rights to use Sponsor's Materials in any medium of advertising, promotional products, or marketing materials distributed in connection with IACP Activities, and in compliance with any usage guidelines provided by Sponsor. The IACP does not become the owner of, and Sponsor retains title to, such Sponsor Materials.
4. Payment. Payment for the selected Sponsorship Option sponsorship is due no later than ten (10) days after the execution of this agreement. Sponsor will not receive the benefits of sponsorship until payment has been received and processed by IACP.
5. Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date the Sponsor signs this Agreement and shall remain in force for a period of one (1) year or until otherwise terminated. This Agreement will not renew automatically.
6. Termination of Agreement. Should the Sponsor desire to terminate this Agreement, Sponsor may do so by providing IACP with written notice to the following address:

If Sponsor terminates this Agreement, Sponsor shall no longer be entitled to any benefits of this Agreement and shall not be entitled to a refund of sponsorship cost (in whole or in part)
IACP may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to Sponsor. If the Agreement is terminated for cause, Sponsor shall not be entitled to any benefits of this Agreement and shall not be entitled to a refund of sponsorship cost (in whole or in part). If IACP terminates this agreement without cause, then IACP may refund a portion of the sponsorship cost to Sponsor on a pro rata basis.
7. Indemnification; Limitation on Liability. Sponsor hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IACP, its officers, directors, trustees, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) directly, indirectly, wholly or partially arising from or in connection with any act or omission of the Sponsor or the Sponsor’s employees or agents, in implementing and operating the benefits of sponsorship, except to the extent that such claims, liabilities, losses or expenses arise from or in connection with any act or omission of IACP, its officers, directors, trustees, employees or agents.
a) LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. Sponsor hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IACP, its officers, directors, trustees, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) directly, indirectly, wholly or partially arising from or in connection with any act or omission of the Sponsor or the Sponsor’s employees or agents, in implementing and operating the benefits of sponsorship, except to the extent that such claims, liabilities, losses or expenses arise from or in connection with any act or omission of IACP, its officers, directors, trustees, employees or agents.
8. Alternative Dispute Resolution. Any claim or dispute arising from or related to this Agreement, other than a claim for injunctive relief as otherwise provided in this Agreement, shall be settled by mediation or arbitration in Harris County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon an arbitration award may be entered in any court otherwise having jurisdiction. The parties each agree to bear their own costs related to any mediation or arbitration proceeding.
9. Entire Agreement. This Agreement, including any exhibits hereto, contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and proposals, written or oral, relating to such subject matter. No supplement, modification or waiver of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by both parties.
10. Governing Law. All questions with respect to the construction of this Agreement, and the right and liabilities of IACP and Sponsor hereto, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
11. Relationship. The term “Sponsor,” “Sponsorship” and “Sponsoring” is used herein to specifically describe the role of a corporate event sponsor and sponsorship and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute either party as a sponsor, joint venture partner, employee, or agent of the other party. Each party and its employees shall always remain independent of the other party.
12. Severability. In the event that any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement is for any reason held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, that invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability will not affect any other provisions, and the Agreement will be construed as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained in it.
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND COMMIT TO ABIDE BY ITS GUIDELINES IN CONSIDERATION OF BECOMING AN IACP SPONSOR.
