A custom-made wig is specifically for an individual and created to be natural-looking according to the consumer's preference. Custom orders are made based on your specifications, therefore returns are not accepted. Customize your unit by choosing the length, texture and color you desire. Below, please fill out the wig order form. Allow 24-28 hour for a response. Once form is received, you will get a email from us confirming your order with a unique link to purchase your wig. ALL SECTIONS OF THE FORM MUST BE FILL OUT! Failure to not fill out all section will result in your wig order being canceled.

Once you receive your price quote and custom wig order link, you have 24hours to purchase your custom wig. After 24hours, your link will expire and your wig order will be cancelled.
Due to the nature of these custom orders, all sales are FINAL.

No returns, refunds, exchanges under any circumstances. If there is a discrepancy with your order, the customer has 48 hours to bring the matter to attention.

We will then work with the customer to ensure that the customer is satisfied with their order!

Also, please be mindful of all turnaround times. By checking the terms and conditions box, you are also acknowledging that you have read and understand all processing times and will reach out about your order AFTER the stated turnaround times listed in our FAQ and Policies section.
