I declare, should I be elected as a paid up member of the Scottish Off Road Club Limited (the Club), I/we shall be authorised by RMotorsport UK Ltd (the MSUK) to take part in all competitions confined to members of this club or defined as Clubsport events under MSUK regulations. I shall not drive in any part of a competition which takes place on the public highway unless I hold a valid motor vehicle driving license for cars (other than provisional). I am acquainted with and agree to be bound by the general regulations of the MSUK and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Club.
