Parts Check In sessions are 30 minutes each at 6:00pm Central Time every Monday and Thursday in January (except for the holiday on January 1st).

By registering for this group and signing below I agree to the following terms: There is no requirement to attend every parts check in meeting and I may attend as many or as few meetings as I like. There are no refunds or credit for missed parts check in meetings. This is not group therapy and no IFS therapy will be provided in these meetings. There will be 15 to 20 minutes of guided parts check in time facilitated by an IFS Practitioner followed by 5 to 10 minutes to ask questions and share with the group for anyone who is comfortable doing so (not required). To keep all sharing private, AI transcription will not be permitted in these meetings. I agree to turn off Zoom/AI meeting transcription before attending this meeting. During this time I agree to be kind and respectful to other group members and if there are any disagreements or misunderstandings with other group members or the group facilitator I agree to speak for parts rather than from parts. I agree to keep the confidentiality of everyone in the group and I agree not to discuss other group members or their experiences with anyone outside of the group or on social media. I understand that in the interest of maintaining a safe space, any group member who does not adhere to these guidelines may be excluded from future parts check in group meetings. *
