As part of our employment requirements, we need you to upload your HLTAID011 Provide First Aid Statement of Attainment. This certificate is essential for ensuring compliance with our safety standards.

Check Validity: Please ensure that your certificate is within 3 years of its issue date, as this is required for it to be considered valid.

Book a First Aid Course: You can book an online First Aid course to obtain your HLTAID011 Provide First Aid Statement of Attainment through First Aid Online. Alternatively, book through another provider as long as it is a nationally accredited course for example St. Johns Ambulance

Complete the Course: After completing the online course, you will receive a Statement of Attainment.

Upload the Certificate: Once you have your certificate, please upload it to our platform or email it to our Recruitment Consultant.

Fill Out PPE Order Form

Kindly fill in the necessary details, including sizes, on the online Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Order Form. For size fitting, you may visit RSEA workwear. Please refrain from placing any direct orders for PPE, as we will handle the procurement process.

Your headshot must be a clear, passport-style photo of yourself, showing your face and shoulders. This image will be submitted to Pacific National for your Rail Operators Card. If needed, you can ask someone to take the photo for you using a phone.
