SAVING GRACE PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Deposit/Cancellation Information
Please understand that there will always be a non-refundable deposit due at booking. This is for both the client and photographers convenience. Once funds are paid, no refunds will be made however the session can and should be rescheduled. If client refuses to reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited. Prices are based on the time it takes to shoot the images at the session and the time it takes to edit the images after the session. The deposit covers your date and time for the session itself. If the location were to become unavailable the client and photographer will agree upon another location. If the client gives a 48 hour notice the deposit can be used towards the future re-scheduled session's deposit. If the client cancels the session without giving a 48 hour notice, there will be a $50 fee that must be paid in order to re-schedule. I completly understand that emergencies happen but please do not use that as en excuse to avoid the fee.
Turn around time
My turn around time is 5-7 business days for lifestyle sessions. If an emergency situation arises that would happen to delay the time, the photographer will notify the client.
Late fee
If the client is 20 minutes late to the session there will be a $50 late fee. Being late is inconvienet for both parties.
Altering images
Please do not crop or add any filters to the images provided by Saving Grace Photography. Galleries shall be returned via email from Pixieset and will have a download code for the client to download the images. Please do not screenshot images as that will alter the quality of the image. If you need assistance downloading, please contact the photographer. No raw images will be provided to the client.
