Thank you for thinking of STACH & CO. for your fundraiser or event! Each year, we set an amount of budgeted funds that is allocated to give back and support community activities. However, requests have become so numerous that they exceed our financial capabilities.

We will happily consider your request once we recieve this form. We will also need a W-9 on behalf of your organization before we can process your donation. You can attach it at the end of this request form.

All applications/requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event/fundraiser. Therefore, we are unable to promise immediate availabilty for donations.

If your request is granted, STACH & CO. reserves the right to use your organizatoin's name as a donation recipnt in any of STACH & CO. marketing or advertising.
