Salesperson of the Year

Nomination forms must be submitted by Tuesday, February 4th, 2025 by 5:00 p.m.. Nominations received after that date will not be eligible for consideration. REALTOR® Members may submit only one nomination per award.

Award winners will be announced at the Annual GAAR Awards Gala on Friday, March 7th, 2025 to be held at the Sid Cutter Pavilion.

Nomination Category: Salesperson of the Year

Criteria to Consider

1. Must be a REALTOR® in good standing with GAAR, NMAR and NAR for a minimum of four (4) years.

2. Demonstrate active participation in the REALTOR® organization on a local, state, or national level during 2024.

3. Must exhibit a willingness to share professional knowledge and experience.

4. Must demonstrate production and industry achievements with a notable level of production in excess of $5,000,000 in 2024.
