This Webpage Privacy Notice (“Webpage Privacy Notice”, “Notice”, “Privacy Notice”) describes the information collection, use, retention and sharing practices of EarliTec Diagnostics Inc. (“EarliTec”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and its affiliates and subsidiaries when you interact with us through this Webpage [https://www.EarliTec.com/measure_asd] (the “Webpage”) and fill out our Webform (the “Webform”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT, WHY AND FOR HOW LONG
We collect personal information, which is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to you or your child when you:
- Email us. When you email us, for example, to submit questions regarding our products and services, we collect, from you, your personal identifiers (name and email address) and anything else you choose to include in your message. We use this information to respond to your questions or inquiries, troubleshoot where necessary. We retain this information for the period of time needed to respond to your message and/or to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements.
- Submit a data request. When you submit a data request, we collect, from you, your personal identifiers (name and email address). We use this information to authenticate your identity, and, if authenticated, grant your specified data request to the extent we are required to under applicable law. We retain this information for the period of time needed to respond to your data request and/or to comply with any legal or regulatory requirement.
- Interact with this Webpage. In addition to the personal information, you provide directly to us, we also collect information from you automatically as you interact with this Webpage. We use essential cookies for the core functionality of the website and do not retain any information collected in these cookies when you interact with the Webpage.
- Fill out an eligibility form on this Webpage. This Webpage hosts an eligibility form which you need to fill out in order for us to determine whether your child meets the criteria for our clinical study on Autism Spectrum Disorder (the “Webform”). If you complete the Webform, we collect, from you, your personal identifiers (first and last name, address, email address) as well as the identifiers and sensitive information of your child that you voluntarily provide to us (the child’s date of birth, whether the child is English-speaking, whether your child has received an autism diagnosis, whether the child requires corrective medical devices for his/her vision and/or hearing, whether the child can sit on their own, and whether the child is currently receiving treatment.) We share your personal information and the categories of information that you provide to us about your child through the Webform with the Principal Investigator(s). This allows the Principal Investigator(s) to verify your identity as well as determine whether your child is eligible to participate in our clinical study. We retain this data for twenty (20) years.
- Interact with our advertisements on Social Media. When you interact with our advertisements on Meta (a “Social Media Advertisement”) the website processes your information in accordance with the Meta Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We collect from them your identifiers (social media handle) and your internet or other electronic network activity information (basic engagement metrics (likes or clicks or reactions)). When you click on our advertisements, you will be directed to our webpage displaying a link to this Privacy Notice. We will be informed of which website you arrived from.
EarliTec will also use the personal information we collect as described in this section to comply with the law, to efficiently maintain our business, and for other limited circumstances as described in HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
We may need to use and retain your personal information for longer retention periods in order to comply with legal obligations, to exercise or defend against legal claims, or to meeting safety and security commitments.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
A. General Sharing
EarliTec shares personal information in the following instances:
· In the event of a corporate reorganization. In the event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, we would share personal information with third parties, including the buyer or target (and their agents and advisors) for the purpose of facilitating and completing the transaction. We will also share personal information with third parties if we undergo bankruptcy or liquidation, in the course of such proceedings.
· For legal purposes. We share personal information where we are legally required to do so, such as in response to court orders, subpoenas, governmental/regulatory bodies, law enforcement or legal process, including for national security purposes. We may share your information with our legal advisors or auditors to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or as required to enforce our terms of service or other contracts or to defend against legal claims or demands. We also share this information with third parties as necessary to: detect, investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the rights, property, or personal safety of any person; to comply with the requirements of any applicable law; or to comply with our legal obligations.
· With the Principal Investigator(s). We share your personal information and the categories of information that you provide to us about your child through the Webform with the Principal Investigator(s). This allows us to verify your identity as well as determine whether your child is eligible to participate in our clinical study.
· With the IRB. We share your personal information and the categories of information that you provide to us about your child through the Webform with the IRB.
· With your consent in one-off circumstances. In addition to the circumstances identified above, we may request your permission to share your personal information for a specific purpose. We will notify you and request consent before you provide the personal information or before the personal information you have already provided is shared for such purpose.
Revoking your consent to Webform data processing generally. With respect to data submitted on the Webform, if the data suggests your child may be eligible for the clinical trial, the Principal Investigator will follow up with you. You may revoke your consent to the Principal Investigator’s processing of your data at that time if you do not wish to participate in the clinical study.
INFORMATION SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, such as access controls and encryption (i.e., SSL and HTTPS) to protect the personal information that we collect and maintain from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. However, no security measure or modality of data transmission is 100% secure, and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the personal information we have collected from you.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
This eligibility webform not intended to be filled out by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18), we will delete the personal information, unless that information was provided to us by that minor’s parent or legal guardian. If you believe we have personal information on individuals under the age of eighteen (18) that has not been provided by a parent or legal guardian, please contact us know at the contact information provided below.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
We may amend this Privacy Notice in our sole discretion at any time. If we do, we will post the changes to this page, and will indicate the date the changes go into effect. We encourage you to review our Privacy Notice to stay informed.
