2024 Summer Camp Registration Form

Fill out one form for all participating children in one household.
Summer outdoor learning adventures await! Please read the instructions below carefully before completing a camp registration form for your child(ren). Call 503-779-5227 or email Info@StraubOutdoors.org if you have questions.

Steps for registering for Straub Outdoors Summer Camp:
1. Submit a registration with your child(ren)'s information and selected camp(s). If space is available in the chosen camp(s), this will place a hold on a space for your child. Registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received.
2. Once your registration is received, a confirmation email will be sent within two business days. An invoice for the 50% deposit will be sent via email at the same time. If space is not available in a particular camp at the time of registration, your child will be placed on the waiting list for that camp and you'll receive a notification of this.
3. The deposit payment must be received within five days to confirm your child(ren)'s registration in the selected camp(s). If payment isn't received by 4:00 pm on the due date, the camp space(s) will be offered to another child.
4. Upon payment of deposit you'll receive a statement of account reflecting the amount paid and the remaining balance. Balance payments will be due by 4:00 pm on Monday, June 17, 2024.
5. Please note that deposits and balance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the event of communicable disease, medical emergency, bereavement for an immediate family member, or a force majeure situation. You're welcome to check on camp availability via email at Info@StraubOutdoors.org or by giving us a call at 503-779-5227 before submitting a registration.
