Tattoo Booking Form For Kiersten (Petie) Lockwood
This is a form for making the booking process easier and faster. I am $150 an hour and require a $100 dollar deposit to book, that goes towards the final session of your design. I have a four hour minimum for larger projects! Please allow me 1 week to get back to you on sheduling, as i go through everyones emails!
