  • Please complete all fields of this application.  There is a $65 vendor fee. Once you have filled out this form and been selected as a vendor, you will be sent an invoice from PayPal. Your space is not secured until your invoice has been paid in full.  Please note payment is due once invoice is sent, we will not hold any spaces or accept partial payments.

  • Vendor Agreement for Springtime Smiles Festival

  • This agreement is to verify your participation in the Springtime Smiles Festival on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at La Loma Ranch, located at 1105 HL Smith Road Haines City, FL 33844

    Each vendor must provide their own tables and chairs. Canopies are NOT required as all vendors will be under a cover, but are permitted. 

    Just For Kids Foundation & La Loma Ranch are not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are at the event. In addition, Just For Kids Foundation and La Loma Ranch assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects. You, the vendor, HEREBY AGREE to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Just For Kids Foundation Corp & La Loma Ranch against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought to me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs.

    Vendors will have access to event space beginning at 12pm. The event begins at 1pm, please be set up by this time. The event concludes at 5:00pm and vendors have until 6:00pm for break down. Participation in the SpringTime Festival is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.

    Vendors must pay the vendor fee of $65. Vendor spaces will be assigned and information will be emailed Friday 3/15/2024 prior to the event.

    Registration fees are non-refundable. The event is rain or shine. In the event this event is canceled by Just For Kids Foundation, this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.

    Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the SpringTime Festival. Your signature verifies your consent to these terms.

    What is the attendance for the event?
    We are expecting 500+ people to attend the event. 

    Do you have multiple vendors of the same industry?
    We limit similar business types to a max of 2.

    How will the event be advertised?
    The event will be adertived on Facebook, Instagram, Google, through the Northeast Chamber of Commerce and flyers. Vendors are encouraged to advertise the event on their social media outlets as well.
