By submitting this form I understand that I will be added to the WAITLIST for February-April 2025. The artist will not respond to the request until her books re-open in mid Jan 2025. Priority will be given to ongoing projects and themes that the artist would like to focus more on such as: anime, cute or spooky themes, animals, stylized portraits, and floral. Depending on when you submit this form, you will have first pick of available dates for Feb-April 2025 :)

Filling out this form does not guarantee you an appointment. Once her books open in Jan 2025 the artist will email and provide you a quote and a list of availability. The shop requires a $100 deposit to be paid online that will go towards the cost of the tattoo. This must be paid within one week of making the appointment or you loose your date. All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. Once the deposit is paid and a few days before the appointment the artist will send the line-work for the design and go over changes :)
