Through the creation of the Cape Breton Firefighter Benevolent Society, One of our goals is to help Cape Breton firefighters who must travel for medical purposes. The Society has established a small fund to help offset some of the costs associated with travelling for medical issues/procedures/etc.  This fund is for firefighters that may be experiencing financial hardship and need a helping hand.  All requests are determined on a per application basis, and the amount of funding available at the time of application.  Please fill in the request, and we will email you a form for you to fill out to support your application.
