Dear Youth Sponsor,

Farragut Baseball, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which was established in the mid 1990’s to provide the opportunity to children ages 3-18 of our West Knoxville community and surrounding areas to learn and play baseball at various ages and skill levels. It is our shared goal that EVERY player have a chance to learn through individual effort in both the game of baseball and the values of individual growth, teamwork and sportsmanship! Your donations and sponsorships allow us to provide the best possible experience for all and to offer scholarships and financial assistance to any who are in need.

We were able to recover from the COVID pandemic which hurt us financially like many other non-profit organizations and leagues. Spring 2023 and Fall 2023 were very successful and we had two of our largest seasons ever and we are truly thankful! However, with that came the rising costs of uniforms, player equipment, and field supplies that have affected us along with the rest of the country.  Without the support of businesses and individuals like you, we would never be able to continue to provide these children this valuable experience!

The monies raised through sponsorships are used for player financial scholarships, equipment, uniforms, league umpire pay, and field and facility improvements for all age divisions from 4U to 18U. It is necessary for Farragut Baseball to ask for donations as almost all of the repairs and updates done at our fields, dugouts, batting cages, etc., are paid for by the league and not by Knox County or the Town of Farragut. Through past contributions, we now have available to all these boys and girls a total of 8 baseball fields all under lights with concession stands, 6 batting cages, safety netting, and more.

The children and parents of our league and community would very much appreciate if you could help sponsor our baseball league this year. 2024 Sponsorship Levels

Grand Slam:

League Sponsorship - $10,000+ 

• Rename a field of choice (#1-8) for 5 years (*based on availability)
• Permanent signage if donating equipment/materials
• First right of refusal on any additional advertising and/or sponsorship opportunities from the league throughout the year (tournaments, fund raisers, etc.)
• Exclusivity to brand/company type for the league
• Includes (8) 3x5 banners to be posted at each field for 5 years
• Company logo listed on top banner of our Farragut Baseball website for 5 years

 

Triple:

League Sponsorship - $3,500

• First right of refusal on any additional advertising and/or sponsorship opportunities from the league throughout the year (tournaments, fund raisers, etc.)
• Includes (8) 3x5” banners to be posted at each field for 3 years
• Company logo listed on top banner of our Farragut Baseball website for 3 years

 

Double:

League Sponsorship - $2,500

• First right of refusal on any additional advertising and/or sponsorship opportunities     from the league throughout the year (tournaments, fund raisers, etc.)
• Includes (3) 3X5” banners to be posted at appropriate fields and signage on all three concession stands
• Company logo listed on top banner of our Farragut Baseball website for 1 year   

 

Stolen Base:

League/Scoreboard Sponsorship - $1500/$750

• Full sponsorship ($1500) includes both side panels of scoreboard at your choice of available fields
• Partial sponsorship ($750) includes one side panel of scoreboard at your choice of available fields
• Company logo listed on our Farragut Baseball website for 1 year

Single:

Team Sponsorship - $300

• Includes a 3x5” banner to be posted at appropriate field
• Company logo listed on our Farragut Baseball website for 1 year
• Team photo for sponsor

The information below must be completed by March 17, 2024, which includes payment made. In order to have your 3’ x 5’ banner made and placed at the appropriate field prior to opening day which is currently set for March 28, we MUST have your information and payment by March 19. Along with your Logo and Banner Layout, send any questions regarding your sponsorship to the League Development Coordinator, Holly Christianson, at leaguedevcoordinator.fbi@gmail.com.

 

LOGO:  The company logo file must be provided to Farragut Baseball Inc. and needs to be an original PDF, EPS, or AI format. Please note that PNG and JPEG are too pixelated for large format printing.

BANNER LAYOUT:  Provide a basic layout and description of what you would like on the banner other than the logo (i.e. phone number, email address, color scheme, etc.). Please send an electronic document or email noting as such.
