(Note regarding infiltration: anything worse than "Average" is probably worth taking steps to improve. The test that can measure how leaky a house is and help find the leaks is called a "blower door" test. Look around for someone in your area who provides this service. Look for "HERS Raters", weatherization contractors or home performance contractors. Also check with your utility to see if the offer rebates or services for this.)
