Thank you for your interest in a special order! Please include as much detail as possible to help expedite the process. The FLAG Chairperson will be in contact with you to clarify any questions. As soon as we confirm that your order can be completed as requested, you will be invoiced the total amount of the request. All special orders must be paid in full before production will begin. All special order sales are final.

Please allow two weeks for a response.

The special order process routinely takes 4-6 weeks. For orders needed in less than three weeks, please contact the FLAG Chairperson. If the order is possible, a non-refundable rush fee will be added to your invoice.

**POTTERY special orders are considered on a case by case basis. These items take AT LEAST 3-4 months to arrive and CANNOT be shipped due to high breakage rates.

All orders placed for store pickup MUST be picked up within THREE months of notification that the order has arrived. There will be at least three attempts to contact the customer. If the order is still not picked up within that time frame (without other arrangements), the items will become FLAG property and will go out on the floor for resale. Special circumstances can be accommodated.
