    Most items will take about 6 to 12 weeks to produce. Certain glazes and clays may not be available, but I will do my best to fulfill your preferences. This is due to the nature of ceramics; it takes me about 6 weeks to make enough work to fill the kiln. This also allows some wiggle room just incase something happens during the firing (ceramics can be cruel sometimes!). I try to keep up communication for each step of the way, between bisque firing, glaze firing, and luster firing if your commission has shiny bits.  There is no additional charge for commissioned pieces.I’ll provide you with a quote before starting the work.

    Prices for pieces start at $25 and increase in price based on detail, size, and materials used. Minimum of 50% of the total cost required before starting any project.

    You are under no obligation to purchase the painting or ceramics if you aren't happy with the end result. The invoice for the deposit fee (50% of the total cost) is nonrefundable. The deposit fee covers my time consulting, creating, and materials used.Once the FINAL invoice (50% of the total cost) is paid, no refunds or exchanges are given. 


    TIME FRAME

    Once begun, commissioned paintings on canvas and ceramics generally take 6-12 weeks for completion.

    Custom commissions are subject to my availability, and orders are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. You may be required to provide a deposit upfront to secure your commission. Any such deposit is non-refundable and is determined at my discretion subject to the size and complexity of the commission. Once the deposit is received, we will discuss an estimated timeline for completion of your commission, which is subject to change. Please note that ceramic arts is unpredictable and the timeline may need to be adjusted due to unforeseen setbacks at any stage of the process.I will make every effort to ensure that the finished commission matches your requested design. However, please note that due to the nature of handmade ceramics, there may be slight variations in color, texture, and size from the requested design.You will be required to provide a sufficient description of your requested design. Any changes to the design requested after I have begun work on the commission may be subject to additional charges. Any portion of the requested design that is either vague or left up to "artistic discretion" is not subject to change after I have begun work on the commission. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and I will not be responsible for any delays or damages caused during shipping.All custom commissions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content or insufficient lead time.I reserve the right to use images of completed commissions for promotional purposes on my website or social media accounts, unless otherwise agreed with you in writing.Please note that these terms and conditions are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
