Fees:

Deed Drafting Fee: $195

Recording Fees: $50 for 3 pages, $5 for every additional page.

Deeds will be Warranty deed unless specified otherwise with buyers / new owners holding in joint tenancy. Let us know if you have any questions.

Please note that some transactions may be subject to Maine Transfer Tax (Sales for value and transfers outside of certain family members without consideration). We will advise once request is submitted.
