    Customers Hog:

    Cost for processing: $1.15 on Hanging Weight

    Kill Fee: Whole hog: $100

                  Half hog: $50

     

    Hogs from us:

    Whole or Half Hog:  $3.80 on Hanging Weight (slaughter fee included). Our hogs are ranging from 230/240 lbs. on H.W.

     

    Packaging: We wrap in saran wrap then waxed butcher paper, we also offer Vac-Pak at .75 cents a lb. on the meat.

    Curing: is a $1.75 a lb.

    Speciality Items: $1.50 lb.

  • When getting a 1/2 Hog: You will only get one loin, which you can choose from (Pork Chops, Butterfly Chops , because it all comes from the same area.)

    When getting a Whole Hog: You are able to get two loins, so you are able to choose two types of cuts ((Pork Chops, Butterfly Chops because it all comes from the same area.)
