1. General:
- The right of admission and service is reserved.
- The words ’session’ or ‘sessions’ are used in these ‘terms and conditions’ to describe any and all of the following: Private lessons, classes, workshops, events and or any other form of training, lesson or class.
- We reserve the right to adjust our Terms & Conditions at any time. We will, however, endeavor to inform our clients about any changes.

2. Indemnity & Client Registration:
- All clients are to complete an Indemnity/client registration form before booking or attending any form of tuition.
- Clients under 18 years are required to have a parent or guardian complete an indemnity/client registration form on their behalf.

3. Payment & Invoicing:
- Invoices & Statements are sent via email. Please make sure that you supply us with the correct email address.
- Electronic Fund Transfers and cash payments are accepted.
- Regrettably, we cannot accept any cheque or card payments.
- All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.
- Retainer fee is a fixed monthly amount paid to secure your private lesson time slot/s and applicable irrespective of attendance.
- Any invoices not settled upon receipt will result in the suspension of all services until payment is received.

4. Bookings:
- Booking is essential for all classes, events, workshops, and private sessions.
- Bookings must be made in writing.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
We will only cancel or reschedule bookings if sufficient notice is given. Notice requirements are outlined below:
- Private Sessions, Classes, Events, and Workshops require 24 hours notice for cancellation, rescheduling or changing the number of participants.
- When ill, notification needs to be given in writing before 8:30am sharp in order to reschedule a lesson. If notification is given after 8:30am the lesson is forfeit.
- ‘No-shows’, non-attendance and late cancellations will be charged for at 100% of normal rates.
- 1 month notification is required in writing, before the 25th, to cancel any future sessions.
- Lessons can only be rescheduled once, there after it is forfeit.
- Lessons need to be rescheduled within 30days of the lessons original date, if not it is then forfeit.
- Rescheduled lessons cannot take the slot of a paid lesson the following month
- All cancelations must be done in writing.
- You will be able to freeze your Zoom Membership account for 1 monthly only with in the year. Written notification will need to be sent before the 25th of the month. Notification on receipt of or after your invoice has been sent will not be accepted.

6. Disputes or disagreements process:
If there are any disputes or disagreements regarding the application of our Terms & Conditions and/or policies, clients are to notify our manager directly, in writing, via email. (Charni Battams – Charni@uniquemovement.co.za).

Indemnity:
I/we, the applicant/s, indemnify Unique Movement and trainers, from any and all claims, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including lawyer’s fees arising out of, connected with or resulting from any accident or injury, from use of the equipment or sustained while attending lessons. Including without limitation the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, and operation of the equipment for its intended purpose or otherwise not intended use. I understand and accept that intense physical and mental exertion may occur therefore I further warrant that I/we/the applicant have/has no medical or mental condition or complaints that in any way may endanger myself/us/the applicant or other clients during or after participation.
