CAB Art Class Proposal

Thank you for your interest in teaching a class with Community Arts Base (CAB).

Please review the following:

Classes must align with CAB's mission to promote local art and encourage creativity in the community at varying skill levels.
Class enrollment and payment are done through CAB's website.
Unless other plans are made: Classes are to be held at CAB's Art House Gallery location at 127 Main Street in Riverwalk Square, River Falls, Wisconsin.
Classes are promoted through CAB's social media.
Instructors must provide the required information before the class will be offered.
The instructor:gallery commission rate is 70:30. Instructors who volunteer 4+ hours per month with Community Arts Base have a commission rate of 80:20.
Instructors are paid monthly via check for the prior month's classes minus gallery commission.
All class materials are provided by the instructor, so include materials in the cost of the class. If students are required to provide any materials, please explicitly indicate the materials and estimated cost per student in the class description.
CAB's space at Art’s House Gallery can accommodate a maximum of 10 students per class. Please indicate if there is a minimum enrollment number.
Classes may be canceled due to inclement weather or low enrollment per the minimum.
CAB will do its best to reschedule a canceled class but does not guarantee the class will be rescheduled.
CAB does not reimburse the instructor for any costs incurred (ie: materials) if a class is canceled.
Instructors provide all required marketing materials and promote the class accordingly on their social media.
