    We Are Working With The Sun As A Main Lighting Source And If It's In The Wrong Place Coming In At The Wrong Angle It Will Create Very Bad Shadows And Dark Spots.

    If It's An Extremely Cloudy / Dark And Or Rainy Day This Will Cause Me To Have To Use More Lighting And May Cause Further Issues.
    Please Keep Weather In Mind. A Bright Sunny Day Isn't Necessary But Extremely Helpful To Guarantee Best Results

Even on cloudy days, having the sun high in the sky helps brighten each space, allowing me to capture your property in the best possible way.

    There are many variables that can add additional time to the shoot

      - Vehicles Parked In The Driveway.
      - Miscellaneous Objects In Yard.
