    Important Lighting Info

    We Are Working With The Sun As A Main Lighting Source And If It's In The Wrong Place Coming In At The Wrong Angle It Will Create Very Bad Shadows And Dark Spots.

    If It's An Extremely Cloudy / Dark And Or Rainy Day This Will Cause Me To Have To Use More Lighting And May Cause Further Issues.
    Please Keep Weather In Mind. A Bright Sunny Day Isn't Necessary But Extremely Helpful To Guarantee Best Results

    With daylight saving time and the shorter days, this window gives us the best natural light for high-quality photos. Even on cloudy days, having the sun high in the sky helps brighten each space, allowing me to capture your property in the best possible way.

Larger properties naturally take longer to capture in detail, so having this info upfront ensures I can give each space the attention it deserves.   • The Interior/Exterior Base Package is priced at $179.95 and includes up to 15 interior photos and 5 to 20 exterior photos. If more than 15 interior photos are needed, each additional interior photo costs $5. Currently, there is no extra charge for additional exterior photos beyond the 5 to 20 provided in the package.

    Please note that I no longer price packages based on square footage. Instead, I now focus on delivering high-quality images and simply charge for any additional interior photos beyond the base package of 15, making it easier and more flexible for your needs.

    This editing style takes my normal high quality exteriors and transforms into dusk! Accentuating any exterior lighting along with changing the sky to a dusk setting and also adding additional light to the dark windows giving the appearance the lights are turned on. This editing style will help set your listing apart on MLS!

    On my Interior / Exterior package ( Up To 2,100 Square Feet ) you should plan on (45 - 90) minutes for the shoot

    There are many variables that can add additional time to the shoot

    A few reasons worth mentioning.

    • - Pets In The House.
      - Lack Of Cleanliness / Organization.
      - Vehicles Parked In The Driveway.
      - Miscellaneous Objects In Yard.
