Your video can be no longer than 45 minutes.

Make sure you own the right to use all music & images on the video.

Your video may contain explicit language (within reason), but can NOT contain any hate speech about racial dynamics, OR excessive derogatory comments about sexual orientation.

Answer all relevant questions with as much detail as you can. If a particular question doesn't really pertain to your specific entry, simply skip ahead to the next question and continue. Questions with a red asterisk indicate that an answer is required BEFORE you will be allowed to continue to the next section.
