VENDOR RULES AND PROCEDURES
DEFINITION: A “vendor” is any individual or company offering products or services. More than 1 Vendor may share a booth, but each Vendor will have to pay the full booth fee and fill out a separate application. You cannot sell products for another vendor that is not attending. Violators will be removed and no refunds given.
DATE: Saturday, April 20th. Rain or Shine.
TIME: Event time is 11am – 7pm.
SET UP: Set up time is 9am - 10:45am. A Vendor Map with your location will be posted in the vendor group a few days prior to the event.
LOCATION: The AMP
91 New Market St, Jackson Tennessee
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Previous year vendors by March 4th.
New Vendors approvals begin March 5th. ALL Applications deadline April 8th.
FEES:
$75 regular Vendor 10 x 10
$75 Food Truck*
$140 regular Vendor 10 x 20
$150 Hemp/CBD Vendors 10 x 10
$250 Hemp/CBD Vendors 10 x 20
add $30 to be a Promotional Vendor (Limited space) Includes business name on the 2024 Event Tshirt, plus individual Vendor Spotlight on social media.
After application review, you will be emailed an invoice.
*Food Trucks are not limited to a 10 x 10 space.
PAYMENT DEADLINE: 48 hrs after you receive a invoice. Invoices will be sent out every Saturday. Once your application is reviewed, you will receive an invoice to pay your booth fee. Previous year Vendors will be given first right of refusal. Deadline for previous year vendors application and payment is March 4th. New year vendor approval will begin March 5th. All Applications deadline April 8th.
Space is not guaranteed until this application is completed and Vendor payment is received. Once the event space is sold out, there will be a standby list. Placement on the Standby list does not guarantee a space at the event.
VENDOR GROUP: You must join the Facebook Vendor Group. This is where all event information is given. JOIN FACEBOOK GROUP
SOCIAL MEDIA SHARE/INVITE: We ask that you SHARE and INVITE your friends from Facebook. This will promote the event widely so that everyone will have a successful sales day. This event is about supporting Legalization and breaking the Stigma surrounding Hemp and Cannabis. If you are afraid of what your Social Media friends will think, this is probably not the event for you. Please show support for the Industry; Share and Invite.
AGREEMENT: “Jackson TN Hemp Festival/420 Hemp Festival” 2024 will provide a space measuring 10x10 or 10x20 for the purpose of vendors’ use during the event. You may use a tent as long as it fits into a 10x10 or 10x20 space. Vendor will supply tent, tables and chairs, no electricity is available. Vendor’s are encouraged to be creative with the style of your booth.
*Food Trucks spaces are not limited to 10x10, please state the length of your set up in the FOOD TRUCK VENDORS ONLY section. Food permits per regulations are required, contact The City of Jackson if you have questions.
PROPRIETARY: All merchandise and images related to “Jackson TN Hemp Festival/420 Hemp Festival/Cannabis Festival” are proprietary and cannot be copied or sold.
TERMS:
(1) All Hemp Festival vendors must adhere to the Guidelines of the show:
- All Vendors are responsible for the correct permits where required. Contact The City of Jackson if you have questions.
- All Vendors will clean their space before they leave. If trash is left in your booth space, you agree to a $100 trash removal fee.
- Hemp/CBD Vendor spaces will be a HIGHLY SELECTIVE process. There will be a Verification and Documentation process. We will contact you for this step.
- NO Illegal products allowed. All Hemp/CBD products MUST be 0.3% or less thc.
- All Hemp/CBD vendors must be aware of the current law and are responsible for adhering to the law. Link to law: SENATE BILL 0378 (July 1st Law)
- Hemp/CBD products MUST be labeled correctly, have a COA, and in originial packaging, whether for sale or personal use.
- Hemp/CBD vendors CANNOT hand out samples.
- Hemp/CBD vendors MUST card customers.
- Hemp/CBD vendors MUST have a "We Card" or "21+" sign or similar.
- Hemp/CBD vendors CANNOT sell smokable products or edibles purchased for anyone under 21.
- Only official vendors are allowed to sell products/services, pass out flyers or advertise their business.
- No proprietary products or images of “Jackson TN Hemp Festival/Hemp Festival/Cannabis Festival” may be copied or sold.
- No one is allowed to breakdown before the end of the event or leave early. NOTE: Prom is usually this weekend.
If you see any Guideline violations happen, please report to the Event Coordinator; the Vendor will be removed, and banned from all future events. No refunds will be given if you are asked to close for improper / illegal sales or violating the Guidelines of the show.
(2) Jackson TN Hemp Fest participants are required to AGREE to the VENDOR RULES AND PROEDURES and the WAIVER & AGREEMENT form along with their application. By checking I AGREE for the Vendor application and making payment for the booth space, Vendor acknowledges they have read the Vendor Application and the Wavier & Agreement form, and agree to terms.
(3) If the Vendor desires to cancel, or does not arrive for the event, no refund will be given. If the event is canceled by the Event Coordinator, refunds will be given for base vendor fees. Please email with questions JacksonTnHempFestival@yahoo.com.
(4) Jackson TN Hemp Festival reserves the right to exclude any request for space without explanation.
