By submitting this form you acknowledge the base pricing of the item may change due to the materials, designs, styles and time spent on custom items. All Custom items will require a 50% down payment on items due prior to the item sent into production. The process is as follows:
1. Submit Custom Item Request Form
2. I will email you any questions I may have regarding your request
3. A mock up will be sent you for an approval along with price quote
A. If multiple mocks up are required this may modify the overall pricing
4. Once Mock up is approved, you will be invoiced for 50% of the item cost
5. Once the invoice is paid, Your products will then start in production
6. Once then item is completed, you will be sent a final photo of the finished product and then be invoiced for the remaining amount
All custom orders are not eligible for refunds, all sales are final.
