IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE YOU START YOUR REGISTRATION:

VALID US Passports are required for travel to Greece. The US Department of Homeland Security and TSA requires your full given Legal Name, First, Middle and Last as well as Date of Birth, Citizenship and Gender. Failure to provide this information fully and correctly may result in costly change fees if it later has to be corrected or you may be denied boarding at the airport or entry into Europe. Passports should be valid for six (6) months after your travel date. Please check to make sure your registration matches your identification document or Passport exactly.

If your traveling companion is paying separately and has a different address and phone number, please submit separate registration forms and indicate "traveling with" and name for PAX 2.

Deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of program price = $1,495.00 pp). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure. Periodic payments may be set up if you like. Optional airfare and trip protection insurance must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive a full refund minus a $350 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, ferry or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of 30% of program price. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 29 days or less will be subject to a loss of 100% of the program price.
Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise our best efforts to book hotels per itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of the tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
