SOCIAL GLOW UP AGREEMENT
This Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on the date of signature by and between you (the "Client") and Sarah Lilly from Sarah Lilly Media ("Sarah Lilly Media").
Sarah Lilly Media will provide you with the Social Glow Up. This package is 2 consecutive weeks in duration (Monday - Thursday) with all work to be completed in this time.
By signing this agreement, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Payment
The Client agrees to make all payments as per their agreed payment type. If opting for pay in full, this payment must be made before the sessions begin.
If the payment method is monthly installments, the client agrees to make the first payment before the sessions begins, and the final payment(s) made monthly thereafter via direct debit. Monthly payments will automatically be deducted each month for the payment term.
Monthly direct debit payments are managed via Stripe.
Any late payments will mean that you will lose access to this service. Interest of 5% will start to be charged on the late payments after 3 days, and in the event of non-payment, the debt may be sent to a third party for collection.
Due to the nature of this service, there are no refunds and all payments are non-refundable.
2. Sessions
The Social Glow Up includes 2 x 30 minute video call sessions to be used within the 2 week timeframe. It's recommened that one of these sessions is used for our initial meeting to cover your current branding and what you desire moving forward.
The other session is to be booked in at the start of our time together and must fall into the 2 week time period.
The Client will contact Sarah Lilly Media immediately if a session needs to be rescheduled. 24 hours notice is required or the session will be forfeited (in extreme or emergency situations this can be negotiated)
If at any stage Sarah Lilly Media needs to reschedule a session this will be communicated well in advance.
3. Direct Messaging
WhatsApp will be used for voice messaging and communication between the Client and Sarah Lilly Media for our time together (2 consecutive weeks). This is intended for asking questions and getting support around social media and branding.
Sarah's WhatsApp hours are generally Mon - Thurs: 10am - 2pm
All messages will be replied to as soon as possible and in a timely manner.
4. Social Media
The Client grants Sarah Lilly Media ability to share or use comments or results on the Sarah Lilly Media website or social media. These will be anoymous and will not include any personal information or identifiers of the client.
Sarah Lilly Media may also ask the Client for a testimonial of the results, which the Client may choose to agree to. This will be identifying and include the Clients name.
5. Liability
The Client is aware that they are responsible for their own decisions and actions taken based on the advice given by Sarah Lilly Media. Sarah Lilly Media is in no way responsible or liable for any actions or decisions made as a result of the coaching sessions (both via video call and messaging) and the advice given.
The Client understands and agrees that the Coach cannot guarantee specific results and that success is ultimately dependent on the Clients own effort and commitment to the coaching and integration.
Sarah Lilly Media is not responsible for any work not completed within this time frame due to lack of communication or approvals from the client.
