We may have already discussed your timeline / itinerary. If not, the mini wedding has a specified time for use of dressing areas, ceremony and photography depending on the package you choose.

Arrive with hair and makeup complete, and change into wedding attire. Please ensure your dress fits properly and does not require extensive use of body tape, etc. or your dressing time may infringe on your scheduled ceremony and photography time.

If Guests attend your wedding, it is essential they arrive when you do. They may wait in the chapel or creekside pavilion until the wedding starts.

Photography will begin with the ceremony itself for all packages except the Mini Wedding Deluxe. It begins 30 minutes prior to the ceremony in that instance. If you're using your own photographer, however, they may begin any time during your specified access time.

Requested Events: Requested events such as a cake cutting, first dance, bouquet toss, etc. MUST be done within the time alloted for your package. Please choose a package that has enough time for all the extra events you'd like to include.

The arrival, ceremony, and exit times are set, rain or shine. We are not responsible for inclement weather of any kind. You may use our covered or indoor areas for the ceremony & photography in the event of bad weather. It is essential that you and your guests arrive on time to prevent time lost for your wedding activities and photography. There may be another wedding scheduled either before or after yours. However, we will not schedule another wedding at the same time as yours.

Two weeks prior to the wedding we will ask for your final guest count. It is recommended to upgrade to the next package if your guest count exceeds the recommendation for your package. We can also prorate the price between the two packages if necessary. The maximum guest count for a mini wedding without exception is 30 guests.

Honeysuckle Hills, LLC, 934 Mill Creek Road, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863, agrees to provide all the wedding and photography services listed on your invoice. Your invoice will be sent within 24 to 48 hours after we receive your contract.

We may have already sent a link to your first invoice. If not, your invoice will arrive within 24 hours of signing this contract. (We'll need to know your guest count before sending it.) By paying this invoice you agree that the services, date, and time listed on the invoice is correct. Please do not pay your invoice until you sign your contract.

If you choose a date and time on this contract that was not officially presented to you as available before this contract was sent to you, it does not mean that date will be available. This contract is not officially binding until signed and submitted in addition to paying your invoice as described in the terms below.

Our payment schedule is as follows:

1/3 due within three days of signing this contract

1/3 due within sixty days of the wedding date

Balance due within 14 days of the wedding date

You will receive a link to your invoice each time a payment is due. Please forgive me if the invoice does not arrive exactly on time. You will not lose your wedding date unless the invoice is not paid within three days of receiving it.

Additional payments may be made at any time. However, please be aware that all payments are non-refundable because we are guaranteeing a specific date and services, and the wedding market is unique with the timeline in which couples plan and secure dates.

Further, all payments are nonrefundable regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to changes in plans or relationship status, acts of God, pandemics, wars and national disasters. While not required, we strongly urge you to secure event and / or travel insurance.

You may upgrade your services any time. However, you cannot reduce services.

You may reschedule your wedding date one time, based on availability within a two year time period with no fees. We guarantee your price for one year. After that year expires, the current pricing applies annd we will bill you for any difference.

Alcohol consumption is not permitted anywhere on property with a mini wedding, including in the dressing areas or parking lot.

You are responsible for any property damage caused by you or any of your guests. Examples include, but are not limited to, garffiti, excessive removal of plants or flowers, or breaking furniture or other property.

We encourage you to practice good hygiene by washing your hands, not touching your face, and wearing face coverings in the event of outbreaks of sickness. We further encourage you to prevent sick guests from attending your wedding and to reschedule the wedding if you have a fever or symptoms of a contagious illness. We are not responsible if your guests become ill while traveling or using our venue.

The mini wedding includes a ceremony director for the following:

Line up the wedding party, if applicable
Play ceremony music (up to 3 songs, started from the beginning and faded at the appropriate time) on our own device with bluetooth speaker from I Tunes or YouTube. We cannot play individual music or audio tracks emailed to us with a mini wedding
Chair set up
Assist you with your dress if needed prior to the ceremony

The mini wedding includes a ceremony officiant. Please let me know if you have a preference of male or female. All of our officiants will allow you to add your own personal vows in addition to the vow script choices we'll provide prior to the wedding.

Our venue is set up, decorated and ready to go. All arbors have greenery and white flowers. If you are able to visit with us the day before the wedding, we can add silk flowers to a wedding arbor if you bring them to your meeting. Use of our hexagon at either the mountain view or the lower grounds or the cross at our mountain view is available with the Mini Wedding Deluxe. The cross is only available at the mountain view. The mini wedding does not have enough time for you or our staff to set up items such as guest books, favors, or other personal decor. However, this is a lot less stressful for you!

If your mini wedding package includes our staff photographer:

All photography by Regina Starkey, Sierra Bonneville or any other Honeysuckle Hills, LLC staff member is the sole property of you and Honeysuckle Hills, LLC, protected by federal copyright laws. We reserve the right to edit, enhance, and provide artwork at our discretion and use any of your images for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website and social media. Please notify us in writing (letter, email or text,) if you do not wish your photographs to be used for marketing or social media purposes. Your photographs will never be sold for commercial use.

The actual number of photography locations used will vary, based on their proximity of locations to each other, how many guests you have, if extra events are added (cake cutting or first dances) and which package you booked. Each package has a specified time limit. Ask me for a package recommendation before booking if you are unsure. We may not be able to add time later since we book up to two mini weddings on a given day.

The actual number of images taken will also vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to arriving on time, the type of dress you wear, how cooperative your guests are, and if any small children are present.

Every effort will be made to provide high quality services and to deliver requested photographs. However, because a wedding is an uncontrolled event, we cannot guarantee delivery of specifically requested images. We will not be held liable for the finished product or incomplete coverage in the event of time restrictions (because you are late, for example,) or constraints placed on our photographer by the client or guests.

If your photographer experiences a family emergency or becomes too ill to work, we will make every effort to replace your photographer with another of equal qualifications. If for some reason we cannot do this, we will refund the total cost of photography in your wedding package and you agree to accept this as compensation. We have a list of qualified photographer and we are insured by Professional Photographers of America.

All images in high resolution with a copyright release to print on your own is included with the mini wedding package with our staff photographer. Your photographer will deliver images after editing (removing images with closed eyes, making enhancements based on our discretion, etc.) If we don't give you a particular image, you won't want it, either.

Additional enhancement requests are available for an additional fee. This fee is dependent upon the number of requests and how long the requests take to complete. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! Our photographer will pose you to enhance that beauty, and you'll never have to worry about what to do in front of the camera.

Videography: If you hire a videographer (and we welcome this,) please understand they need time with you to complete their own creative requests. Because of this, there is a possibility you may receive fewer still images with the mini wedding because of the necessary interruptions by videographers to stage scenes, sometimes repeating the scene for the best rendition. Whenever possible, photographers capture images at the same time. However, they must remain out of the videographer's frame of view. If you choose the Honeysuckle Hills photographer, please note that with a mini wedding there is also a charge to remove the videographer, their tripods, and other equipment from any image (ceremony or any other location.) We recommend Jake Schick Productions, Don Fields Photography, Nunn Photography, and Team22 Studios if you must hire a videographer for your mini wedding to achieve the best cooperation, thus resulting in the most images and creative content.
