All cardiac, hearing and eye tests REQUIRE an appointment.

Auscultation appointments will be done in between echocardiograms.
Eye tests require dog to be pre-treated with eye drops prior to exam. Please allow 15 minutes pre-appointment time for eye drop pre-treatment.

Thyroid, patellae, rabies, dentition and microchip are walk-in items and DO NOT require an appointment but MUST be pre-paid.

You will be asked to complete the examining veterinarians' forms for cardiac and eye exams. Please bring your dog(s) AKC information with you and allow time to complete forms prior to your appointment time.

Echocardiogram - Appointment REQUIREDAn echocardiogram is an ultrasound of the heart. It's used in veterinary medicine to evaluate the structure and function of the heart and help diagnose and assess cardiac conditions.

EKG - Appointment REQUIREDAn electrocardiogram (also called an ECG or EKG) is a test done on dogs to record the electrical activity of the heart so it can be evaluated for abnormalities, especially arrhythmias (abnormal heart rhythms). ECG can help diagnose or monitor certain conditions in dogs.

Eye Exam - Appointment REQUIREDOFA Eye Certification examinations are screening exams performed by board certified veterinary ophthalmologists. The exam is performed after pupil-dilating drops are placed in the eyes. The Eye Certification exam consists of indirect ophthalmoscopy and slit lamp biomicroscopy.
