PLEASE READ

As part of our requirements with the Department of Early Education and Care, we ask that parents complete an Ages and Stages questionnaire twice a year. You will be redirected after clicking submit to our Ages and Stages wedsite. Please take the time to fill this questionnaire out prior to your first visit with us.

If you are unable to, we will provide you with a iPad so that you can complete it during the first week of playgroups.
