  • *We highly recommend adding on professional hair/make up for ALL Senior girls.  Our stylists are very skilled at creating the right look for professional portraits and enhancing the natural beauty of each Senior.  Check out a before/after photo for reference.

       

    *Some schools REQUIRE a studio headshot for yearbook purposes.  Please contact your school to verify those requirements.  A Studio session add-on is available to capture classic headshots/portraits with different lighting and background set-ups.

  • Client Information/Responsibilities

    *If the client is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must complete the agreement.
  • MODEL RELEASE: I agree to allow BrocKreative LLC, the photographer, to photograph the Senior client. I hereby grant and understand that BrocKreative LLC may use my images for social media, advertising, photography competitions, printed/online publications or any other way deemed necessary by the photographer without compensation for the above.*
  • COPYRIGHT: As a client of BrocKreative LLC, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by BrocKreative LLC, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, print or reproduce images without written permission from the photographer, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.*
  • SENIOR SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the session fee is paid in full. The client understands that the session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer and does not include any prints, digitals or products. Print and product orders are placed separately at your viewing and ordering session. There is a $500 minimum print/product order which is separate from the session fee.*
  • SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that weather cancellations, when required due to rain, snow, fog, wind or other elements, will be made at the photographers discretion. The photographer will attempt to reschedule within two weeks of the original session date when possible.*
  • TRAVEL FEE INFORMATION: I understand that any photo session locations that are beyond a 25 mile radius of Alma, Michigan REQUIRE a $75 travel fee added to the session. If booking multiple sessions on location a separate travel fee would apply.*

  • Session fees reserve a spot on our calendar and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Prints and/or products are not included.  An additional purchase is required during your viewing and ordering appointment.

    Studio Session Add-on. Studio headshots, yearbook photos, traditional or creative, dramatic lighting setups

    Sports Studio Session Add-on . Dramatic lighting studio setups for all sports and/or hobbies

    Sports/Hobby Artistic Composite Add-on ($159 Creation Fee). A custom-designed art piece that showcases your individual talents. A separate print purchase is required, 16"x20" or larger.

    Artistic Montage Add-on ($159 Creation Fee). A custom-designed art piece that tells your story in an artistic way. A separate print purchase is required, 16"x20" or larger.

    Family Session Add-on ($150.00). Add a 30-minute family session to the end of your Senior session. Include up to 6 family members. Must take place the same day as the Senior session. Prints and products sold separately.
