By clicking "Submit", sending your retainer, and signing your contract, you are agreeing that your spot is non-refundable, but is transferable if notice is given 24 hours before your time slot. This can be transferred to a new mini session date as availability allows, however this transfer is only good for a year. If you cancel under 24 hours or do not show up to your slot, your retainer is still non-refundable and potentially non-transferable.
Rain Policy: In most situations, we will go rain or shine. If weather is a downpour, sometimes Roanoke sessions will attempt to move to the greenhouse. If reschedule is impossible for either party, refund can be discussed.
