This form is for the purpose of gathering information to provide an accurate quote for these services.

The fee is calculated based on event duration, group size and travel.

Once this form is received, you will be contacted with the full quoted balance. You have the right to refuse, negotiate and/or accept the offer.

A Non-refundable fee of 50% is required to secure the date. The only case a refund is granted is if Be True is no longer available to fulfill the duties of hosting as agreed. 100% of the deposit will be refunded if we do not fulfill our obligations to the final agreement.

The remaining balance is required 2 weeks before the event date.

Once this form is received and the quote is calculated and an invoice will be provided to make the deposit. The date is not secured until the deposit is made.

By signing, you agree to provide the necessary tools for your participants for these lessons. For example: Tableware and Dishware for dining etiquette. Unless agreed upon that Be True School will provide everything. Please make sure all of the participants are in dresses.

By signing, you understand that we DO NOT host for Birthday parties or holiday events. However we can provide services at a later date.

By signing you agree to grant permission to record the lessons for personal use.

By signing you agree that Be True School is allowed to bring a team of up to 3 members to assist with the delivery of these services at no charge, if tickets are for sale.

Be True agrees to be timely, professional and efficient. We agree to fulfill all obligations agreed upon in this and future agreements.
