General Dates and Information:
• Online Application starts the process:
• Application period opens February 1, 2024, and closes March 15, 2023.
• Applications received after March 15, 2024, will be juried until full.
Juried Results:
• The list of accepted vendors will be posted to the Clam Festival Website.
• All applicants will be notified via email of the jury results on April 19th.
• Upon acceptance, you will be invoiced electronically for your Booth Fee.
• Booth spaces must be paid by May 1, 2024.
2024 Show Hours:
Vendors must be open the entire show.
• Friday, July 19th, 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
• Saturday, July 20th, 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
• Sunday, July 21st, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Load-in/Set-up:
• Load-in is Thursday, July 18th. Volunteers will be available to assist.
• Exhibitors are assigned a load-in time based on booth location.
2024 Fine Art and Craft Investment:
• A non-refundable $35.00 application fee is due today.
• A booth Fee of $450 will be invoiced electronically if you are selected.
• Those assigned to a corner booth will be invoiced an additional $50.
• There will be no refunds after May 31, 2024.
How to Apply:
• Step 1: Complete the application and pay your $35 non-refundable application fee.
• Step 2: The Jury will convene and applicants will be notified on April 19th. Booth fees will be collected by electronic invoice.
