I understand that the First Aid course and REPS UAE registration are provided by external services (not through IQ Lifestyle) and IQ Lifestyle's assistance is limited only to taking the payment and processing the registration documents.

I understand that any grievance I have regarding the First Aid course or REPS UAE registration must be directed solely to the external service providers.

I acknowledge that fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.

I understand that I may be charged for cancelling or rescheduling the First Aid course less than 14 days prior to training.

I understand that all First Aid courses are scheduled to take place in Dubai.

I acknowledge that REPS UAE registration cannot be applied for unless I have received both my entry-level certificate from IQ Lifestyle and First aid certificate.

I understand that it is my responsibility as the student to provide all required documents within 12 weeks from my course expiry date.

Please note the REPS UAE registration and the Combo package are only available to students who have achieved or are working towards an entry-level qualification with IQ Lifestyle in 2023 or 2024 and have not registered with REPS UAE previously.

I understand that payments must be made in full by bank transfer or bank deposit only. Installment plans are not accepted.
