Before submitting this form please consider the following requirements for collection:

1. Trash must be contained to 1 wheeled cart. Any trash that is outside of the wheeled cart is not considered missed.

2. Recycling must be inside the wheeled cart. Cardboard should be flattened, stacked, and bundled. Cardboard bundles can be placed under the lid for collection.

3. Yard Waste must meet the requirements for the compost site collection. Yard waste is collected in yellow yard waste containers. GRASS CLIPPINGS are NOT yard waste.

4. Trash, recycling, and yard waste must be placed curbside before 6AM on the collection day.

5. All trash, recycling, and yard waste must be properly prepared by the resident prior to collection.

Please note: All collection trucks are equipped with cameras to review all collection points on a route.
